Multi-well & multi-log geosteering in a conventional reservoir

The registrants will require laptops with pre-installed StarSteer geosteering software to perform exercises in the class. We will provide demo-licenses for the training in advance. Hardware requirements: Core I5, 4GB RAM, FullHD screen (1920x1080), external mouse (touchpad won't work). ROGII will review the final registration list prior to the course start date and individuals who are identified as direct competitors will not be able to participate in this course. Sorry for any inconvenience.

Who Should Attend?
Operations, development, exploration and wellsite geologists and geophysicists will all find this course to be pertinent. No prior geosteering experience required.

Objectives
The course will cover the most important part of horizontal well drilling – the process of geosteering – and will look at all the latest geosteering technologies and approaches.

During the course, attendees will learn how to geosteer wells using real data from conventional and unconventional fields. Special emphasis will be given to data integration, as the ability to integrate all available G&G data is critical for successful geosteering.
