Reservoir Submission Guidelines

All reservoir submission must be sent via email to Emma MacPherson, 403-513-1230, emma.macpherson@cspg.org.
 Please entitle your email "Reservoir Submission".  Please send submissions as attachments and not in the body of the email.  Photos and graphics are welcome (tiff images at 300 dpi, 100% size.  For example, if the image you wish to run in the Reservoir is a 4” x 6” image, please supply a tiff file at a minimum size of 4” x 6” at 300 dpi) and will be included if space allows. Any photos or graphics not used with be included on the CSPG website).  Please follow the guidelines below for submission length. Any submissions over these limits may be returned to the sender for further editing.  You are more than welcome to submit longer versions for posting on CSPG’s website.

Articles - Electronic in Word, Arial, 10 pt font:
Executive Comment - 1000 words
Technical Luncheon Abstracts - 750 words (Please follow the format currently used in the Reservoir)
Division Abstracts - 500 words (Please follow the format currently used in the Reservoir)
Photos/Graphics - TIFF files at 300 dpi, at final size

Reservoir Advertising

The Reservoir is the CSPG's monthly magazine that offers informative industry articles and commentaries, highlights on upcoming industry events, conferences details and other information to over 3300 industry professionals in Canada and abroad. The Reservoir is published 11 times per year and provides various promotional opportunities such as standard advertising, inserts, stitched outserts and onserts.
