Please note that your Registration includes two full nights accommodation at the Banff Centre, access to the Welcome Reception and all meals as well as featured guest speaker Brian Keating.

All registrations must be received in Canadian Funds. We accept payment in Canadian funds drawn from a Canadian Bank and money orders in Canadian funds. Full payment must accompany all registration forms. Any registration/payment not adhering to these guidelines will be returned to sender/issuer with no registration made on their behalf.

Confirmation of registration will be issued via email. The 2007 Gussow Conference Committee will not re-issue confirmations if the email does not reach the intended delegate. Some companies have firewalls in place that make our confirmations impossible to be forwarded. The 2007 Gussow Conference Committee is not responsible for email addresses that are not legible or are supplied incorrectly. To ensure you receive an email confirmation of your registration, please write your email address clearly.

Please Note: Your confirmation is not an official receipt. Receipts will be issued when you claim your delegate package.

Cancellation / Refund Policy

  • Cancellations or amendments to registration must be submitted in writing via mail or fax. Phone requests will not be accepted.
  • All refund/cancellation requests received on or before 6:00pm (MST), Friday, June 30th, 2007 are subject to a 15% cancellation fee.
  • All refunds/cancellation requests received after Friday, June 30th, 2007 and on or before 6:00pm (MST) Monday, October 8th, 2007 will receive 50% of their registration

Substitutions / Transfer of Registration Policy

  • Requests for Substitutions/Transfer of Registration must be submitted in writing via mail or fax. Phone requests will not be accepted.
  • Requests for Substitutions/Transfer of Registration requests must be received on or before 6:00pm (MST) Monday, October 8th, 2007 and are subject to a $50.00 administration fee.
  • Requests for Substitutions/Transfer of Registrations received after fee
  • Requests for refunds received after Monday, October 8th, 2007will be considered on compassionate grounds on a substantiated, case by case basis.
  • Badge Reprints: A $10.00 (plus GST) fee will be charged for all registration badge reprint requests.
  • Monday, October 8th, 2007 will only be considered on compassionate grounds on a substantiated, case by case basis.
