What information do I need to register?
The full name, title, company and email of each person you are registering for the Energy and Emerging Technology in Geoscience Symposium.

How many people can I register for the conference?
Each attendee must register under their own account. If you would like to register a group of people, there are group rates offered for groups of 5 and 10.

When will I get my access link for the event?
You will receive one access link per day of the conference approximately one day prior to the event date.

What do I need to do to access the GoToWebinar/GoToMeeting?

1. Register on the CSPG website for the event.  You will receive an email confirmation.
2. One day prior to the event you will receive your access link.  Click the link in the confirmation email.
3. Watch. You'll see a window confirming that you have successfully connected.

How do I get the beverages for the welcome networking reception?
Beers will be available for pick-up (in Calgary) from the vendor 1 week prior to the event for attendees who have registered for the full conference by Friday November 5, 2021. Student registrations do not include beverages. Detailed information for pick-up time and location will be emailed to registered attendees 2 weeks prior to the conference.

Refunds/Cancellations:

Refunds are not permitted, in the case of cancellation a credit will be applied to the account which can be used for any other CSPG event. Registration may be transferred to another attendee. Please contact CSPG by email [email protected]
