It's a wrap! The inaugural Energy and Emerging Technology in Geoscience symposium showcased cutting-edge research and featured a series of presentations and sessions on a variety of new technologies and the energy transition. It delved into the latest projects and developments in geothermal, lithium, hydrogen, helium, and carbon capture in Canada and abroad. It also included two panel discussions with experts on data management who discussed the data requirements for these emerging fields and how we can prepare and manage the data properly.
On behalf of the CSPG, Geothermal Canada and the committee members, we thank all the attendees, presenters, and sponsors who contributed to make this event a success.
Please note that the symposium recordings are sent to all attendees 1 week after the event ends. There is a separate link per day of the event. If after 1 week you have not yet received your link, please let the CSPG office know.
Thank you and we look forward to seeing you at the next EETiG Symposium which will be held in 2023!
